Reason for sale:
The current owners are no longer living in China. We feel that the school would benefit from having a director based locally to work with the current manager to drive the school forward and into new markets, and cement its place as the quality leader in the English Training Market in the city. We are therefore looking for a buyer or partner who can continue to develop and push the school forward in this market.

The School is currently full operational with a student base. It is staffed with a local Manager, local teachers, a foreign teacher, cashier, accountant, and headmaster. It has co-operations with a local kindergarten supplying teaching hours (paid), and a promotional co-operation with a Public Primary School (unpaid).
The sale would include:
 All licenses required to operate an English Training School in China. This includes the permit (Ping Qing Wai Guo zhuan jia xu ke) which allows the school to legally apply for work permits for foreign experts.
 Franchise rights for the whole city from a leading English Educational Franchise company. This gives rights to purchase exclusive Educational Materials for the school, national marketing, assistance with hiring of foreign teachers, training for educational and marketing staff, etc. The new buyer is not obliged to keep using the same franchise if it does not want to.
