De La Crepes had been opened for 5 months, however, my husband and I are planning to sell our business because we will be moving soon for my husband to do his PhD. We have pretty good business, we were even in the Abilene Reporter News.

1. We can sell everything from the kiosk (the old Dippin Dot kiosk, refrigerated display case, ice-cream freezer, chest freezer, small refrigerator, cash register, convection oven, cabinet ) for $15,000.
2. We sell the whole business for $25,000. (We will teach them how to make the crepes, all the desserts on the menu, stuff include our menu, flyer, crepe maker and all the equipment that were mentioned from the 1. above, plus all intellectual property such as professionally made flyers, business cards, menus, etc.)
They are both a really good deal. Any new kiosk would cost at least $20,000 before even buying any equipments. Everything was bought new except the kiosk. Kiosk has four sinks, pump to pump water out from the fossett and water heater. Everything passes health inspection. If you bought over the kiosk or the business, everything that is left is also yours (all the beverage cups, plates, straws, sugar packs, creamer, soda, all the beverages etc.). There's an increasing market for crepes in Abilene, especially if savory crepes (meats) are added to the menu, and we've done well; however, it's time for us to move on and we don't want to have to worry about a business and cash miles away.
