Looking for a partner to assist in marketing of a social media based event/entertainment website and iphone app. As owner of ExclusiveTonight.Com, I am personally willing to give away 49% of my company to a willing and able partner/company who has the resources and means to market ExclusiveTonight.Com and current iOS App. I created ExclusiveTonight.Com approximately 2 years ago with an idea to create an exclusive social calendar for users that would physically bring users together, and not just allow them to be friends through a website. ExclusiveTonight was based on the premise of highlighting and sharing top events in any particular city throughout the U.S.; a nationwide database of the top 5 events happening throughout 500 cities, every day and night. The original concept that was drawn up nearly two years ago still operates as the main user interface. The beauty of the design is that the website and new iPhone app operate themselves nearly self-sufficiently. ExclusiveTonight.Com also features a completely user-controlled advertising system that generates revenue without assistance, and allows users to advertise their special events at will. (As the current advertising system is set, at 100% capacity it will generate over $45 Million Annually.) The new iPhone app was released just 1 month ago and mimics all of the functions of ExclusiveTonight.Com, with 1 added feature, creation and invitations to Private Events. As it stands, nearly all of the legwork involving design and creation of ExclusiveTonight and its iOS app has been done. For me, as the creator, there has become just one issue, marketing this creation. As a result, I am willing to give away 49% of my company to a partner, who is able to develop, fund, and implement an effective marketing strategy to help us bring ExclusiveTonight into the limelight.
