The building houses my auto repair shop, and an automotive machine shop, AND an automotive upholstery shop, and is located on a VERY busy commercial/residential corridor, sandwiched between the two largest residential neighborhoods in this city. The car count by my building is 15,000 to 17,000 cars per day, so thousands of potential customers see ''The Big Guy'' every day (I have a 20 foot tall Paul Bunyan standing in front of my building, its a local icon).

I have operated this business on my own as a one-man operation since 2007, as I geared down towards retirement. That said, the gross profits for 2013 were $82,000.00, not bad for one guy and three lifts. If you're ambitious like I was early on, you can make very good money here, the business is there for the taking.

I will entertain several purchase options. You can buy just the business (goodwill and fixtures/tools, like lifts, jacks, tubing benders, and tire changing equipment) and lease the building from me, or you can buy the entire business including the real estate, lock, stock, and barrel as they say, I'm open to either option. My building is 6000 square feet, and has three tenants that produce $2900.00 per month in rents, so if you buy the real estate, you have a $2900.00 monthly income right off the bat before you turn the first wrench. I would also entertain the option of a business goodwill purchase combined with a long term lease (5 or more years) or a lease-purchase option.
