The annual rate of return is $1,600.00 US per share certificate. This is an investment in real existing objects, which you can visit each time, if you want to.

51% of the establishments remain in Thai ownership and 49% are shared between the share holders. You will be fully registered with a certain percentage, depending on the shares you hold, for a period of 8 years. After that period your share will return back to Two Tiger Entertainment Co. Ltd. and your investment of $14.000.00 US will be paid back to you.

Your investment of $14,000.00 US can be paid back after a minimum period of 5 years if you want to leave the investment pool.
