We are a non-emergency transportation business transporting disabled children and adults to their non-emergency medical appointment. Most of our clients are the elderly or children who do not have or cannot afford their own transportation. We currently are contracted with the State of Arkansas Medicaid and Arkansas Department of Human Services through their contracted broker.

We are currently performing between 300-400 trips daily. We operate all over the State of Arkansas but mostly in the Northwest Arkansas region. For the last 3 years we grossed over a million a year and netted around $100,000 a year. We are asking $400,000 for the business, which includes rented office space a vehicle parking, utilities and high speed internet for $1000.00 a month.

Also included are 30 vehicles that include passenger cars to 15 passenger vans, some are wheel chair equipped vans because we do transport a lot of wheel chair patients. Also included is, all office equipment, computers, printers, faxes, etc., 45 employees, who will stay on with the new owner, office staff, who actually run the business including accepting, assigning and billing the trips.
