This listing is for the sale of my 50% ownership of Chillax Drink LLC, includes all of the established business and connections. The company created the proprietary formula for Chillax, created the brand and has been manufacturing and distributing Chillax since August 2013.

In less than one year, Chillax has been placed in over 300 grocery and convenience store locations. This would include all of the Harmons, Reams and Dans grocery stores. Also, it has been placed in multiple Chevrons, 7-Eleven's, Pro Stop's, Phillip 66's, Citco's, Shell's, Valero's, Conoco's, Kwik Mart's and many more. Chillax Drink LLC has active distributors and brokers in place, who are currently representing Chillax in Utah, Idaho, Nevada and Wyoming markets. Current retailers are very proud to carry Chillax in their stores and they have seen much success from sales of the product.

Chillax has been branded perfectly thus far and is in need of on going marketing. Chillax has been published on ChillaxDrink, MrCheckout, KSL, Amazon, Ebay, Independent Retailer Magazine, Salt Lake City Magazine, multiple online blogs, forums and numerous other websites. Chillax has a great presents with thousands of followers on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest. Chillax also has a great marketing and business model in place, which we would be happy to hand over as well. Chillax Drink LLC has an extremely detailed pitch deck for you to present to investors, Chillax Drink LLC created all of the graphics, brochures, business cards and all other marketing collateral in house. Chillax Drink LLC also has a fully packed very functional parallax website with blog and Magento e-commerce store.

The reason we are selling 50% of Chillax Drink LLC is that we lack the funding to market this product in the way it needs to be marketed to the consumer. This is the only missing piece to the puzzle.
