I'm from Europe, I own a hand car wash over here since more than 10 years.
I am looking for a partner to start a hand car wash that's sooo fast, efficient and revolutionary for the US market that it could easily be built out to a franchise or a car wash chain throughout the country.

I can't believe how advanced we are washing the cars over here compared to the outdated hand washing techniques in the USA. It's the less harmful wash for the paint that does exist!

3-4 employees can get the most stunning results in as low as 10 minutes!
WE DON'T TOUCH THE CAR UNTIL WE WIPE IT DRY by that time it's already deeply cleaned though...(the traditional way was to use mitts, where you would rub the dirt that's still on the paint into it, causing swirls or even scratches.)

Because it's the best wash I have figured it should be applied to the best cars, and I can't think of a better spot for such a high density of luxury cars than Beverly Hills or Malibu

So in case you would be interested, I have the necessary money to bring in the necessary equipment to get started, but I will need a local's help to get the necessary licenses/permits, and a possible INVESTMENT in case we would have to build up a new car wash...where the building part is actually of secondary priority, we only need a tent or something alike, but will probably be required to have a sewer for the drained water and the necessary documentation/licenses/permits etc...

There are specific spaces that probably have the drainage problem solved for us and we'd only need to lease a lot / space from them but we'll get more deeply into details later on...
