EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
1. The Opportunity.
Briefly: Acquiring from the current owner
- The right to produce, in a location selected by the purchaser/licensee, for sale of the aircraft in Europe and worldwide, including China, one of the single engine light Tiger approved aircraft as further defined below the Grumman AG-5B Tiger, a four-seat, single engine light aircraft by
- Purchasing the relevant Type Certificate (TC) and tooling, or
- Licensing the TC and tooling,
- The right to produce seven other Grumman-made models of light aircraft by purchasing or licensing the relevant TCs and tooling; and
- The opportunity to sell spare parts and provide technical support to the existing fleet of over 4,000 Grumman-made light aircraft.

The current owner is True Flight Holdings, LLC, Valdosta, Georgia, USA (TFH).
Assets for Sale or License: The assets available for sale or license consist of:
- Type Certificate A6EA, issued by the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), covering the four AA-5 through AG-5B series of four-seat, single engine light aircraft;
- Type Certificate A11EA, issued by the FAA, covering the four AA-1 through AA-1C series of two-seat, single engine light aircraft,
- All intellectual property, engineering drawings, testing data, copyrights, etc. relating to the two TCs and aircraft covered by the TCs, including with respect to the Garmin G 100 avionics suite as previously certified,
- All of the tooling, dies and jigs necessary to manufacture the AG5B and support the entire A6EA series,
- Tooling, dies and jigs appropriate to support the A11EA series; and
- The existing inventory of spare parts.

The certification of the AG-5B has been approved through the reciprocal confirmation process by the PanEuropean Joint Aviation Administration (JAA) and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). Since 2005, the aircraft's certification has also been validated in China by the Civil Aviation Admin
