Based in the affluent Balboa Peninsula community and situated just steps form the beach, this lounge is a favorite of cigar aficionados from all over California and beyond. Repeat international tourist make it a point to add the lounge to their daily to-do-list when vacationing on the peninsula. Locals utilize the lounge as their extended living room when it's time to light up a stogie. A four spout Primo Cappuccino machine and snack display allows for an additional revenue stream, along with lighters, humidors, etc.

The lounge is 980 sq ft, with double bar doors, smoke eater and in-fan window for the best air cleansing and circulation. High street visibility and signage are used to help draw traffic.The walk-in humidor can display over three thousand (3000) cigars.
