Diverse and capable machine shop business for sale. Machining, CNC manual, Forming etc.

It is a very diverse machine shop. We do machining prototype work etc. Majority of the customers are repeat. I have a fork lift but no wire edm. I use the neighbor across the road as his business is strictly wire edm. We do bending and number stamping. Small to medium batch stuff. We do win for automotive a bit. Insulators and brackets for electronics. We do work for fluid control and a little nuclear.there is a bunch of aluminum parts just finished for sign company. We provide millwright support to make shafts and replacement parts. We have customers as far away as Arizona and as close as next door.

Financials are in order. I have increased the business revenue year over year for five years. 89k in 2010 to 310k last year. I am at the 5 yr point where I should be starting to have the initial investment pay off. At this point the time investment is too much sacrifice that my family can no longer afford to pay.

The asking price I have settled on is $200,000
