The Company/call center is a professional Contact Center, providing services in the field of telesales and customer service. The Company was founded in 2010 and started operation in early 2011.

Its services are designed for demanding partners who expect services of the highest quality, both in terms of standards and procedures, IT infrastructure and security, but above all the highest quality standards customer service.

At the moment the Company has 300 operator positions, operating in incoming and outgoing calls. It employed more than 500 consultants. Due to the dynamic development and the opening of a new office in April 2013, the Company plans to increase employment to 700 people by the end of 2015.

The Company specializes mainly in the implementation of sales campaigns and maintenance IN/OUT for the following industries: telecom, banking and insurance.

The best confirmation of the quality of their work is the fact that their clients/partners are the leading companies in Poland and abroad.

The Company puts a lot of work in each campaign undertaken to achieve the highest quality and efficiency. As a result, it can say that for most campaigns, it manages to achieve the highest sales results and meet the highest quality standards.

In 2013 the Company opened a new branch with a total investment cost of about 300 000 zł. The change in tax laws in 2014 reduced the Company's gross profit. The difference between gross profit and net profit is a reserve account.
