Photo Card Cafe' (PCC) is an online greeting card company in business since 2006. Owners Sara Watterson and Sara Hejl created this LLC from the ground up. PCC currently offers announcements, invitations, greetings, and notes that can be purchased online at www.photocardcafe.com using a custom-developed web tool. Sara and Sara are the only employees at this time.

BUSINESS STRENGTHS AND COMPETITVE OVERVIEW
Photo Card Cafe' has approximately a 66% margin on its cards and envelopes, before any discounts or refunds. (Shipping and handling is a separate total.) With Buyer acquiring Photo Card Cafe', the opportunity for increasing this margin is certain, depending on the new printing prices. (See Appendix for cost breakdown.)

Large companies like Shutterfly, Vista Print, Minted and Walgreens can create what we create, but we do not consider them our direct competitors. Smaller companies like Photo Affections, local printing companies and Etsy stores that design and sell cards are more directly competing with our offerings. Our prices are much cheaper than some of the larger companies with the same quality printing. We're cheaper than a Shutterfly, but higher quality than Walgreens. Cute cards for an affordable price.

Over 1,100 card designs are available at PCC, all uniquely created by Sara Watterson and other designers on a contract basis. We add new designs frequently, and can move the order of the cards on the site as we see which cards become best sellers.
