it's the only store in over 5 miles radius & in about a year & half will be the only store in almost 10 miles radius due to highway 401 expansion, the state already started buying the properties & my only 2 competitive stores will be torn down by the state on September 2017, they already got the letters from the state of NC but I have to sell due to divorce
