Up for sale is a business that's into it's third year and has yet to hit it's full stride and potential, you can either assume the lease or you can purchase the business complete with signage, hardware, equipment, advertising material, furniture, recipes, tv's, etc. I started this business from scratch after modeling it after similar businesses by taking the best of each and putting my own twist on things. This business is ready for someone to assume it as it is and take over. I'm starting to stretch myself extremely thin and therefore something has to go.
