The business has been opened and operating at that Doral location for approximately 2 years and consist of 1850 Sqft ac/warehouse with storefront, 8/8 color manual screen printing press, flash dryer, conveyor dryer, heat press, 2 station embroidery machine, a 52'' plotter, Paper cutting machine, Exposure unit, wash booth, etc. We also have a network where we outsource plenty of materials such as promotional products and full color advertising printing.

The first preferred opportunity is to create a business partnership in which you are able to manage and be in charge of all the in-house activities and I will be in charge of all the outdoor marketing activities for a compensation of part ownership in the business (Note: I to am a screen printer and graphic designer so i will be able to assist on my off time).

Second business opportunity would consist of us selling the business including all in house machinery and resources. I am seeking $150,000 for the business in its entirety just to return my investment (business is turnkey and clients and training would be turned over to you).
