I have a 6500 square foot building. It has a restaurant on one side but has doors opening to the other side. It can all be used as a restaurant or divided in to two businesses. We have been in business in this location since 2010 but my health has failed over the last two years and the business has only been run part-time. We have operated as a full service restaurant but about 40 to 50 % of our business is to-go. We have a pick-up window for convenience. Breakfast & lunch have been the primary business.
