We are geeenhouse/nursery facility located in the Tri City area of Michigan. We are on 4.75 acres, and have 23,000 sq ft of greenhouses. There is a nice 2 story office w new windows, ceramic tile floors, a half bath, etc. This attaches to main greenhouse and could be remodeled to live in.

We specialize in annuals, trees, shrubs, & perennials. We currently operate the business seasonally--April thru June/July. This business could easily be expanded to a longer season-Wreaths, poinsettias, grave blankets, farmers markets, more plants, etc. The parking lot is gravel. The main greenhouse is approximately 6,300 square feet with in floor heating-very reasonable heat bills. One greenhouse is 1,700 sq ft, & the other seven greenhouses are 2,500 sq ft each. There are heaters in each house. There is a very large pole barn attached to the facility, and a covered hallway connecting all greenhouses, work area, and pole barn. Customers are able to shop in a completely covered manner out of the rain if necessary.
