Looking for a business partner that is involved in the Construction and/or Architecture business. It can be as well a partner that is involved in the Boat or Aviation Interior Design. The partner should be interested in starting a B.P.O operation in Costa Rica, and should be willing to send a regular amount work to the outsourced organization. As well, the partner should be willing to give training to the members of the team in the overseas operation, after establishing the S.L.A.
Preferably the partner should be in California, Texas or Florida. If we come to an agreement, we will be willing to pay half of the site visit to Costa Rica. The business is projected to give 20% to 30% of net income, that depends on the volume of the design/draft/rendering work that is sent to the Costa Rican operation. The partner should be willing to reinvest in marketing those earnings in the first 3 years of the contract. The idea is to grow the U.S operation with the earnings of the service.
