Hello & Happy New Year! My name is Sidney and I am a SDSU alumni, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, bodybuilding competitor/coach and fitness model. I have recently decided to relocate to the Greater Los Angeles area to pursue my personal goals and dreams as a bodybuilding competitor, fitness model and personal trainer.

I have established myself here on the Central Coast and am very sad to leave, but also excited to push myself to the next step in my career. I have decided to sell my studio as a whole as it has only been used for 1 year and has great potential for a personal trainer or group of trainers. My lease commenced on April 1, 2016 and I am planning to move mid-end of April 2017.

Below are lists I have compiled with all of the equipment that is included in the sale. Everything in the photos is included with the exception of the larger set of dumbbells. Sale does not include the building; space is rented upon approval form the landlord to lease.

I am also including a list of 50+ client leads to help ensure that you will be successful as a business if you desire. I will also go over my business plan with you and if needed help you design your own if you will be going through a bank for a loan. I am willing to help you with the process of opening your own business if needed which can be a very simple process if you are well prepared.

I take a lot of pride in my business and have built a strong foundation of clients. This line of work is not only fun and rewarding but can also be very profitable if you are willing to put in the time and effort. I have drastically grown my business in just one year and have the tools to help you succeed in growing yours.
