Acumen Roofing is a well established sloped roofing home based business in Fort St. James BC.
We install asphalt shingles, metal roofing and recycled rubber shingles. We operate from early April to mid October. This time frame could be extended depending on the type of work taken on. It can easily be expanded into siding, soffit, fascia and eave-trough installations.

We get a lot of calls for deck replacements and structural modifications, some of which we've taken on, but generally we are too busy with roofing. We get some competition from lone roofers, but are essentially the only roofing company in town. We typically employ 3 workers.

We are asking $30,000 obo. The price includes a one-ton pickup with a dump box, ladder hoist, sheet metal brake, extension ladders, ladder and roof jacks, safety equipment and air equipment.
The price also includes $165,000 worth of confirmed or likely confirmed work for startup in April.
