SEEKING SILENT AND/OR WORKING PARTNER
I am buying three gentlemen's club and seeking one silent and/or working partner to join me in the purchase of each club. You must have one-million dollars to join any of the three ongoing operations as a silent and/or working partner.

I can pay a base salary of $250,000 per year if you wish to be a working partner, with a percentage of the net profits to be negotiated. If you only wish to be a silent partner assisting me with putting together the upfront payment required to take over any or all of the clubs, similarly, a percentage of the net profits can be negotiated. The 3 clubs currently net approximately $5.5+ million per year collectively, so there is plenty of room for another partner looking for a great deal.

The clubs are well established, and operate essentially recession-proof over a long period of time with consistently strong net revenues (with financials to back this up).

The current owner is retiring after 20 years in the industry and is giving one of his former top execs (me) the chance to take over the clubs. I will arrange for any additional capital to be put in and/or financing.

IF YOU KNOW THIS INDUSTRY THE NET TO GROSS RATIO IS HIGHER THAN MOST INDUSTRIES, APPROACHING 73% PROFITS.
