We are a little 5 star apartment-hotel at one of the very best locations in the trendy N-E part of Koh Samui (Big Buddha/Bangrak Beach). All rental units offers a breath-taking panorama sea view. To the beach, to restaurants, bars, shops it is about 300 m only.

The island Koh Samui (the palm island of Thailand) can be reached per flight in 1 hour from Bangkok, their are daily direct flights from/to Hongkong, Singapore, Guangzhou (China), Phuket, Pattaya and Kualalumpur too. Soon, there will be a direct flight from Dubai too. Koh Samui is one of the top holiday destinations in asia, with 113 trourists who arrive by airplane per hour, 1.3 Mio tourists per year from all over the world.

All our rental units have a unique 180-degree sea view, are easy to access, about 300 m from the sandy beach, from restaurants, bars and many shops. Our hotel works since 2013 and our guest vote us on booking.com with 8.8 (from max. 10) points on booking.com. On 10.12.2016 we got an award from booking.com: ''The hotel with the best price/quality ratio at this place''.

All rental units are fully and tastefully furnished, air conditioned, with latest facilities (e.g. flat screen - internet TV's, Denon Hi-Fi's, remotable fans, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, oven,, water spender, ice machine, coffee machine and much more).
Our hotel is represented on more than 700 booking websites (e.g. booking.com, agoda ...), has a website in 5 language and many good guest comments.
The hotel needs to be renovated (about 10'000 USD). There are two little projects (about 15'000 USD), that would increase the turnover in a remarkable way.
