Self serve frozen yogurt shop. Rotating flavours and endless variety of toppings. We currently offer pay by the weight frozen yogurt, two sizes of pre-packaged take home containers of yogurt, and two sizes of frozen yogurt cakes. There are so many more products you can easily and cost effectively implement. We have lots of great ideas for new products that we will be happy to share with you. We are not a franchise so the possibilities are endless. You will have the freedom to do anything you'd like.

We have already established a strong and loyal customer base who love the product and huge variety yogurt flavours and toppings. The shop is located on the main highway through town and under the terms of lease will turn into a condominium in the future. So, your rent will turn into ownership of the space. All inventory on hand will be included in sale price (est $5,000). The value of equipment included in the selling price is $100,000. This is versatile business that can be run either as an owner/manager or as more of a passive investment. Low labour cost as well since the business model is based on customer's serving themselves, you only need one staff member on per shift.

Supply chains are all in place. We have already done the work of negotiating prices for yogurt, toppings, cups, spoons, etc. So, you can be confident that everything you need is set up already for the best price available.

We also have a mobile frozen yogurt unit that we are selling which can be sold with the brick and mortar business if interested. The mobile unit is a great additional revenue stream to the main shop. So easy to set up for local (or out of town) events, tournaments, and hot summer days. You can take the unit literally anywhere and it can be run by one or two staff max depending on the size of the event.

We love this business and are very passionate about it but as life changes we are looking to move out of province.
