I prefer To be upfront and honest the lease is two years and the rent is 6500 a month.. i'm leaving the country for personal reasons and I can't run the business anymore if you are interested follow up with me a soon as possible but if the rent is too much please do not call.. if any customer wants to look at the business contact me before November 25th.. but after that the business will be empty and the items in the lounge will be in storage. The money you make all depends on how you promote your business my numbers were different from the previous owner and the next owners will be different from mine but the weekdays were slower then the weekends, I would get anywhere between 3-10 customers a day and on weekends we would get between 20 plus.. but I've only had the lounge for two months and the first month was spent on doing construction..The Business name was changed to unique hookah lounge but it was originally fusion, the Inventory includes
