Each newly established office will provide Merger & Acquisition, ''Main Street'' Business Brokerage, Strategic Business Enhancement Consulting and Real Market Business Valuation Services thru separate divisions to their respective nearby geographical locations. The synergistic interplay between these new Offices and the existing Maui Office as well as the availability of a complete range of Investment Banking Services (including capital raising, corporate securities; recapitalization financing; growth, expansion and acquisition financing for existing Companies; and post divestiture investment and tax advisory services, in addition to Buyer acquisition financing for divestitures) which will be sourced thru an affiliate Company will collectively provide an unheralded opportunity to establish a state wide footprint of Premium Professional Business Advisory Services to the Hawaii Marketplace. The estimated costs to be borne by Investor/Partner for the infrastructure, staffing, computerization and advertising costs for the State of Hawaii should be $200,000 - $250,000 in addition to an upfront opportunity/commitment cost of $100,000.
