For sale: heart of palms (pupunha palm tree) packaging facility, located at 150 km off Belem, Capital of the state of Para, in the Brazilian Amazonia, turn key operation, fully registered and authorized by the municipal, state and federal government, operating in full.

The company has 270 m2 of built area , being 150 m2 of manufacturing area ; 70 m2 of residential area docking area and another 50 m2 of rustic kiosk for workers lunch , in a total area of over 2 hectares 22.500 m2 of land, which gives possibility for expansion and enlargement of production capacity.

The actual production capacity is 500 jars of heart of palms per shift. For export, we forsee a production of two 20` containers per month.

The supply of raw material is secured by a large ammount of farmers in the neighbourhood producing pupunha palm trees from where the hearts are extracted . Being this located in amazonia, it can be considered almost unlimited provision of raw material

it will be offered to the purchaser, complete technical assistance, for a period of 6 (six) months for acclimation and training.
