· We refurbish HP Printer Parts!

· Asking $249,000 for ALL inventory, customer lists, sales history, vendor lists and two weeks of remote training (on-site training is negotiable, but probably not really necessary). We will also release the Fuser Experts name to the buyer should they choose to have the rights to the business name!

· Approximately $240,000 of inventory when sold at wholesale prices: increase 20%-25% for retail customers!

o The majority of the inventory is at the very minimum tested and working.

o Some of the inventory is tested, working, cleaned, serialized and bagged.

o Another portion of the inventory is tested, working, cleaned, serialized, bagged, boxed, and labeled: ready to be shipped to the customer!

o The rest of the inventory is considered cores which are ready to be refurbished. Most of the cores are fusers!

o Over 1,500 skus in our system

§ Only a small handful of our parts are listed on eBay. We kept busy with our well-establish wholesale customers. The potential on eBay alone is gigantic should you list all the inventory!

· Over 400 customers, many are repeat and steady buyers. The rest are a great opportunity for follow-up! The potential here is great!

· Established Dec 2013, Sales 2014-2017 average $299,876 per year! Less than our asking price!

o Aside from one year with 3 employees, we have run this business with just two people!

o Ways to expand

§ Hire a full time salesperson to follow up on customers in our system or to list the full inventory on eBay and other online marketplaces!

§ Expand to more than just the HP brand! Many of our vendors can get all kinds of brands!

· Re-locatable, we estimate 3-5 full semis (will ship at our cost to a business address with a dock/forklift to anywhere in the continental U.S.). Shipments will be broken down per semi-load. We can ship a full truck every 3-5 days until all inventory
