Well known software company founded in 1997, our primary product line consists of data recovery products that are marketed under our own brand name as well as well-known products from some of the industry's leading consumer electronics manufacturers. We develop products for both Windows and Mac users and lead the industry with these products, supplying them globally in over 24 different languages to millions of customers. The majority of our customers are end users, which consist of anybody that uses flash memory products. Other markets are IT Specialists, Consultants and Technicians, Law Enforcement Personnel at the Local, State and Federal levels, Correction Officers, Prosecutors and Corporate Security Specialists for forensic use. Additional products are developed for the Solid State Drive (SSD) market with performance and maintenance related utilities as well. We also offer physical data recovery services in our labs in Florida, United Kingdom and Japan and provide these services to our flash memory partners as well as several global data recovery companies worldwide. Our UK and Japan office handles sales and support for the EU and Asian markets. We have also recently established a development office in the Netherlands for R&D purposes and will be applying for grants from the EU to continue developing our products there.

We operate a fully equipped computer lab with the equipment necessary to recover data from all types of storage equipment. The IP for all software products including registered trademarks and domain names are included as well as LC Tech Support Services, Ltd in the United Kingdom as well as another Florida based company, FILERECOVERY.COM, Inc and the domain.

We make or have made most of the popular DR products on the market, some for competitors such as KrollOntrack and some for well known manufacturers such as SanDisk, Toshiba and Western Digital.
