I am looking for a serious buyer for my school. The reason for selling the school is I have never had the energy to invest in the school because of my health issue.
The school is both a conversational school and a registered English Preschool. I opened the school about2 years ago. The school is just 1 minute from the train station

The potential for this school is great for someone who is experience and has the time to invest.
I don't teach at the school but I am able to receive more than 600,000yen/year net profit after paying all my staff.
The school is now open only 3 days a week and opening the school for 6 or 7 days will greatly increase your profit. The school is well furnished with everything you need for school. The building lease has been renewed for another 3years, so you don't have to worry about that. Also one classroom is currently been used out of the two classrooms we have. The Classrooms are very spacious (about 121 meters square for 1 classroom) so you can create up to 4 classrooms.

This is the only international school in the city, but I haven't had the time to grow the school's awareness with campaigns. Someone with business experience will be able to grow the school easily because of lack of competition in the area.
