Small Language School Looking for Partners/Potential Buyers

We are a small language school in the New York/North Jersey areas with 3 locations currently looking for a partner who would potentailly like to take over/buy the business.

We are looking for someone who would either:
1.) Invest work/time in to the company with a small salary + percentage of the profits to help build the business for eventual takeover.
2.) Invest a small amount of money in to the business to start, and buy it over time.

Since 1973 our internationally-recognized language center (teaching French, Spanish, Italian and Chinese) has offered stimulating language lessons for all ages from 6 months to adult seniors.

Our method, which was developed by our current business owner, is one of a kind.
