I have been extremely proud to own one of the only 5 star Spas in Downtown Denver (google, yelp). Unfortunately, my time in Denver is coming to a close and I would absolutely hate to see years of hard work and relationship building dissipate, so I am opting to sell. Our business has grown to be an essential part of our regular's date night and wellness routines. It would be a shame to strip them of these services.

Currently, we offer bodywork and skincare services that include massage, facials, and full body treatments. Our location allows us to cater to couples and business travelers. Our facility has 6 large treatment rooms, a double reception area, bathroom and breakroom (complete with fridge and commercial size washer and dryer).

To be quite blunt I've been a mediocre owner. If whomever takes this over is even a bit more type A than my lazy self, this business could double it's profits in a year. I just enjoy a good nap and a long trip or 3/year.
