I own Mobile Homes USA and have contracted to purchase the assets of the ongoing business Ryde Automotive (See Website) with a fully furnished office and inside storage with 2 overhead doors. I am so busy with my business that I do not have time to operate this on my own.

Rent is only $525/mo - Detailing in house - mechanic available- customer list-computers and software included- Existing dealership can be transferred to your name so you have total control of all- Room to park up to 6 cars outside office and one inside.

2007 Ford Mustang GT Convertible also available at my cost of $3500. Partner can have the dealership, bond and insurance in his name and we can share the monthly expenses on a pro-rata basis of units sold. Will consider payment terms if necessary

All I need is to be able to buy in auctions as needed and perhaps sell one car per week if and when I have time-
I also have an experienced used car buyer that can manage the office with his girl friend and do on site detailing- show cars-shuttle cars etc as needed who is my partner in this project.
