We have a profitable 7,000sf sports bar facility in Winter Park established 9 years in Seminole county and want to get out of the kitchen business by renting out the kitchen to a passionate food entrepreneur.

We supply the built-out kitchen, equipment, POS system, servers, and clientele. You set the menu, purchase raw materials, and do the cooking. You keep all profits above flat rate rent. We will cooperate on advertising with you and encourage participating in delivery services such as grub-hub, uber eats, door dash, etc.

We are only trying to cover our costs for the kitchen in charging rent, we aren't interested in making money on the food - but we want good food in our establishment and we have no passion for running a kitchen. Our passion is in our 2 venue niches – management of non-smoking billiards room/sports bar plus an inter-connected cigar lounge w/entertainment.

We want to bet on the person/team and their cuisine – we are flexible on how we get there.
