Access Kiddie Rides was started in Fargo ND. The founders displayed this visionary ride at an industry tradeshow with great success. They saw their early sales as a sign they would have continued growth and did not work on developing the business and/or improving the product.
There was a large national chain that had interest in ordering a great deal of these rides but wanted a few small modifications. The owners believed they did not need to make any modifications as they had won a best of show award and Disney had placed an order for 2 rides.

We purchased these assets in 2005. Our intentions were to land a national account having the exclusive rights to the wheelchair kiddie ride market. The plan was to use this exclusive right to get the deal, and then sell the assets to someone who would put it into production so we could purchase the rides from this new owner.

We took a different direction, and we are not operating kiddie rides on a national basis as planned. In 2007 we considered trying to sell this opportunity, but timing in the economy for our industry was not good. We have stored the assets and now we are prepared to sell.

Domain: www.accesskiddierides.com and all rights to Patent # 6,517,443. 3 new FireRockers (Not all complete). 1 used FireRocker (that operated at Disney for some time). 2 WaveRockers (Not all complete). Molds for both FireRocker and WaveRocker and miscellaneous items that accompany the base units.

This product may allow for a special Federal Tax Credit under the IRS tax code. Buyer will need to do the research as to what credits may (or may not) be available, and if any are applicable to potential customers.

As Access Kiddie Rides are wheelchair accessible rides that will accommodate multiple riders, they can be placed in any mall, arcade, amusement parks/center, children's museums, family restaurants, shopping plazas, etc. The marketing possibilities are endless.
