The fascia is either porcelain, brick or natural stone. All are competitively priced with non-insulated siding due to the installation labor cost reductions. Porcelain siding is virtually maintenance free and available in beautiful wood grain patterns or solid color that last a lifetime. Natural stone on the system is competitive with traditional masonry installed cultured (fake) stone and also is maintenance free for a lifetime. The seller's cash reserves were depleted when COVID caused hotels and schools to cancel or delay projects. Since sales on large commercial projects are specified by architects a year in advance 2021 was a disastrous year.
We have strong relationships with our national vendors of porcelain, porcelain brick and natural stone and they are bringing projects to us from their customers who want porcelain on their buildings, but do not have a good way to meet building codes or install at reasonable costs.
The manufacturing advantage is minimal labor for high volume production.
