Four Equipped Knox Oil Wells on 60+/- Acres

This is a nice package of two producing oil leases on a total of 60+/- acres of land with four operating oil wells.
The leases are near each other in south central Kentucky.

The leases are both 87.5% net revenue interest.

With low oil prices the wells have been on care and maintenance for the past several years so that the reserves weren't being pumped off at low prices.
With the price of oil beginning to recover now it makes sense to fully service these wells to maximize production. Once this work is completed, we'll be looking for production of a barrel a day or more from each well.

Older wells in this region of Kentucky are known to produce oil at rates of one to two barrels per day for decades. While this amount of oil isn't necessarily appealing to a large oil company a small investor can do quite well with them when we have oil prices where they are now.

We have crews that are able to do the service work and handle the daily pumping duties making this an ideal turnkey investment.
