Our client's software greatly enhances overall control of very high level software development projects. Their software is also designed to aid the development of general purpose projects in addition to major software development projects.

Our client's software was developed as a SaaS product and utilizes the AWS platform. It follows the standard SaaS model where customer billing is based on the number of users and consumption of resources such as storage.

Organizations large or small accomplish their strategic goals through initiatives. These initiatives are converted into one or more projects that address specific aspects of a strategic goal. The larger the organization the more layers there are between the strategy and the project work. Our client's software addresses the following issues:

1) Project teams lose sight of which strategic goals their work supports and therefore what value their efforts contribute to the organization.
2) Executives don't have real-time knowledge of the status of their initiatives (usually, the only way they discover the status of their initiatives is through endless rounds of time wasteful status meetings).
