school is licensed for up to 72 children.

The operation employs 12 highly qualified staff. The longtime director oversees six lead teachers and three assistant teachers.

Facilities: The monthly rent for the approximately 5,800 square-foot space is $12,160.00 per month. The lease runs through September 30, 2027.

Competition: There are 4 other Montessori schools within 10 miles, but the Seller believes the authentic teachings make it the leading choice now and in the future.
