The coffeehouse has been in business for 4 1/2 years. I took over ownership in April of this year, and am very saddened to have to sell my business. Due to unplanned family circumstances I am forced to sell.
The coffeehouse is in a very nice spot in Monmouth County right on a major highway. Close to businesses and residences, it would be a perfect opportunity for someone with catering experience to run a catering company out of there as a add on to the already established business. The coffeehouse is a hot spot for musicians from the Tri- State area and features live music 3 nights a week. It has a very unique and artsy feel and is well known. There is a small stage and PA/Speaker system in place.
There is a menu of salads, sandwiches, wraps, and dessert items as well as coffee and tea drinks. If you can brew a pot of coffee and make a sandwich, you can learn what it takes to prepare the food and drink items.
The coffeehouse already has an established clientele. In my opinion, and several of our customers, we can even see it franchising. All this place needs is someone who is business savvy.
