$$Revenue is based on only one store. we just added a second store in the fastest growing part of the state. The customer base was increased ten fold and the roads require heavy traffic to flow past us each day at walking speeds for free advertising. In excess of 100,000 each week. We anticipate 3-4 million in revenue this year with both stores. 3600 sq.ft. in one store and 14,000 sq.ft. in the new location. We sell seasonal items such as tanning beds, patio furniture, steam showers, saunas, bath fixtures, above ground pools, hot tubs, and other simple and quick sale items such as toilets, bidets, vanities, basins, bath tubs, whirlpool tubs, and steam showers. These items are very unique and are not easily available from other retailers or on the internet. We use this to advertise the lowest guaranteed price. Our sales staff is well trained and has earned an award each year from a manufacturer selling in 26 countries as a top dealer along the eastern seaboard. Our service/delivery department has won an award two years running for excellence. Chemical sales competition in the new store is almost zero and should amount to a quarter million (triple the other store). Our ability to purchase items thru a buying group allows us to be competitive with huge home improvement stores. Our lower overhead and better customer service dictates people come to us for products we sell. We have access to inground pool products as well as prefab buildings and such, but we like to keep it simple. Our vanities, bidets, toilets, and sink line dominates the local competition with quality unsurpassed by even small hand made companies and retail prices that beat the biggest players by 10% or greater.
