I am looking for two (2) energetic hardworking, like myself, business partners to expand business in a smaller well-established Pizza / Pasta joint. I currently am the Owner/ Operator with my fiancee. Our unique menu to the region brings people in not just from all over Washtenaw County, but all the way from Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Iowa. The restaurant has a great menu, set of regulars and potential. Possibilities include expanding delivery range onto the University of Michigan campus, extending hours of operation, increase marketing potential, and increasing in catering. I am ready to take this to the next level; I just need a partner who can help. I am taking my time to find the right person to bring aboard. They are preferably someone with some restaurant or marketing experience as well as having the ability to cook. I am asking for $35,000 to buy in for each partner. This will allow the restaurant to be run with a 2/3rds majority vote rule so hopefully only the better ideas move forward. As a partner I give you my full dedication that I already give the restaurant, along with $5,000 for dinning room remodeling in which the three for will decide on.
