We have been in Medical Billing business for over 25 years. In the last 5 five years we have developed our own web based Practice management System, Electronic Medical Records System (EMR), and A fully patient functional/interactive ''Patient portal'' so patients can communicate with there doctors online.
We are seeking funding or an investor/partner that can help us take our concept national. Our business plan is predicated upon acquiring small-sized medical billing service companies with annual revenues ranging between $350K and $650K. Medical billing companies have been assisting health care providers for many years with various aspects of insurance and patient billing, payment processing and collections.
OlympianRR will acquire these companies for purposes of establishing a beachhead in specific geographic areas and then growing organically by branching out of the existing local customer base. OlympianRR will also acquire these companies to capture their customers for both revenue and as a source of referrals in the local market.
OlympianRR’s ability to realize a return-on-investment from these acquisitions will be based on its ability to integrate these entities into OlympianRR’s business infrastructure. We can prove that with our technology and business infrastructure we can achieve levels of returns that almost twice as much as the current industry standard in or field.
