We have hired a full-time Manager/Head Trainer, who runs the day-to-day operations (studio management, sales, client management, and training). We are in the process of hiring 1-2 more part-time personal trainers to allow the Manager to concentrate on business growth and sales. The owner currently spends ~5-10 hours per week running the business, which includes financial management, marketing strategy, reviewing/approving all marketing and working on overall strategy. Since our launch in July, we currently have grown to 13 clients. We anticipate being at or above break-even by end of November of this year.
