Sports bar upstairs with a Cheers ambiance, Downstairs we are a fine dining restaurant. Since taking over and changing the name, the bar has grown tremendously. We have secured the Cleveland Browns Fan club next season which is anywhere from 65-110 people. The contract is worth 30k to 50k alone in just 16 days. There is no restaurant around us that similar. We changed our name from the Plantation House, which was established in 1995, to Good Times. The downstairs has a banquet room, which can hold up to 110 person parties. Huge Parking lot. We are located 3 miles from the Nashville International Airport. The Ruby Tuesdays Down the street is the busiest one in the State of Tennessee. We are also 5 minutes away from Opry Land. With the original restaurant being established in 1995 everyone in town knows about it. I would suggest changing the name back to the Plantation House. With the bar booming the way that it is, a name change back will pack the downstairs as well. Like I listed the only reason for selling the store is my partner is getting divorced and wants to liquidate the restaurant. There are very few restaurants around, and we are located less than 10 min from downtown Nashville. We are now really starting to pick up even with limited advertising.
