Been in business for 21 years. I believe it has been profitable every year since 1988. Have existing customers, inventory, equipment (office, industrial shelving, lifts and more). 3,500 sq ft. warehouse in high demand area (4 years left on lease) Tired of doing this so first $125,000.00 takes.
