I started this business 2 years ago, and quite frankly, I'm now extremely bored.
Here's the deal - in 2008, I sold about $40K worth of development, and made about a $20K profit. In 2009, I sold over $70K in development, and I profited about $35K in profits.
The valuable aspect of this business is that I have developed systems that allow you to:
1. Gain easy, unlimited, and cheap leads.
2. Follow up on the leads, develop a scope of work, get a contract signed electronically, invoice electronically, and start work.
