The Old Man's Estate for Sale - Here is the deal- It seems like everyone in my family (those who died before The Great Depression and those who have lived through it) never could let anything go. As time has passed on all these things have ended up with the Old Man.
Unfortunately it is now my job to deal with all of this stuff and I really have very little time to deal with this.

Coins - going back at least to 1822 Postcards - as old as the early 1900's

Found one item that is a piece of Roofing Slate with a picture attached
Old Musical Instruments- Including an VERY RARE AND OLD UKELIN
JUST FOUND A VERY OLD STRADIVARIUS VIOLIN, IT IS IN A CASE THAT IS WORN BUT THE VIOLIN ITSELF IS IN AMAZING SHAPE, THE BOW STRINGS ARE LOOSENED. I don't know the value of this but I know Violins are valuable and go from the Thousands, tens of thousands, Hundreds of thousands, and even some that are in the Millions.
