Company is one of the first and only vacation rental companies that books rental reservations in real-time, unlike the majority of travel websites currently marketing only listing services. Company owns top brand websites and listing contracts with homes in; San Diego, San Francisco, mammoth lakes, Belize, Lake Tahoe, and Colorado. Of these websites, currently San Diego, San Francisco, Mammoth, and Belize all rank 1st page Google for key, non-long-tail organic search results, such as ''San Diego vacation rentals'', ''San Francisco vacation rentals'', ''Belize hotels'' etc.
Company also owns proprietary software which will be included with purchase. This is advanced booking software which was just completed in 2010 after 2 years of r&d. Company also will include all back-end software (proprietary), which includes an email newsletter program, invoice and billing, and reservation maintenance. Database also includes approx. 15,000 emails, phone numbers, mailing addresses and names from past guests and inquiries.
