1.Location and buildings
Factory for Medical products Medicinska plastika – Tetovo , Republic of Macedonia, is located 35 km away of the capital of Macedonia Skopje before the highway entrance in Tetovo and has access of total area of 67.269 m2 open space, out of which 19.300 m2 are under built business premises. This factory has been built in 1982 and even though it doesn’t work last few years, it’s is in good condition, the buildings are in comparatively good condition and the installed equipment could be readily put in function.
The factory is cca 1.500 m away of Tetovo downtown and is located nearby the trading complex Ramstor and it has complete infrastructure (electricity, water, sewage, air condition, access and internal paths for communication etc.), the railway line Skopje – Kičevo is beside the factory itself, while the railway station in Tetovo is only cca 300 m away.
The present factory buildings are built of reinforced concrete structure with a required industrial height and could be designed for several different production activities, but the whole building space could be also reconstructed or built on because it has a low building ratio and the free space around the buildings provides that in accordance with the existing legal provisions for that part of the town-planning scheme.
With a new detailed planning scheme a new complex for unproductive business activities could be designed in accordance with the potential investors desire.
